Most organisers wire a registration tool to a spreadsheet, a badge designer, a mail merge, a CRM for sponsors and an accountant for invoices. Novex is one system for all of it, so the sponsor who signed the agreement, the invoice that followed it, the badge printed at the door and the campaign that filled the room are one set of records rather than five exports.
The interface ships in English and Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and each organiser gets an isolated workspace enforced in the database rather than only in application code.

- Who is Novex for?
- Event organisers, agencies, associations and in-house corporate event teams who run recurring events and want registration, sponsors and finance in one system instead of three.
- Does Novex support Arabic?
- Yes. The interface ships in English and Arabic with full right-to-left layout, and Arabic is a first class language rather than a translation layer added on top.
- Can Novex print badges?
- Yes. Badges are designed in the product and printed at the desk, and a branded PDF badge can be sent with the confirmation email.
- Does Novex handle sponsors and exhibitors?
- Yes. There is a sponsor pipeline with stages, sponsorship packages, agreements and the invoice that follows, plus exhibitor management, all attached to the event.
- Does Novex do e-invoicing for Saudi Arabia?
- Yes. Invoices can be issued with Saudi e-invoicing support, including the canonical invoice format and the signed invoice chain.
- Can I send WhatsApp and email campaigns from Novex?
- Yes. Both run against the same event audience from the same workspace, and unsubscribes and suppression apply across channels.
- Is my data separated from other organisers?
- Yes. Each organiser has an isolated workspace. Separation is enforced in the database by row-level security policies as well as in application code, so a mistake in code does not expose another organiser's records.
