Certifications they hold today: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS — ours are on the roadmap and our own security page says so, and a ministry scores this before it sees a demo. A staffed onsite service: they will send certified technicians to your venue, we sell no equivalent, and for a first-time government event that is a genuine advantage. And a native attendee app with a choice of region: their attendee app is a product we do not have — ours is a staff check-in companion — and they let you choose among four datacentre regions while we are single-region in the European Union. Neither platform hosts inside the Kingdom today. Novex is the better fit when Arabic is a product requirement rather than a website requirement, when attendees need certificates they can verify, and when you want to see the price before you book a call.
