1. Organiser-set terms
The event organiser sells the ticket and is responsible for delivering the event. The organiser sets the refund and cancellation terms for their event and handles refund requests. Novex provides the platform and processes payments and refunds on the organiser's behalf.
Where the organiser has published event-specific refund terms, those terms apply. Where they have not, the default terms in this policy apply.
2. Default refund window
- Unless the organiser states otherwise, a ticket may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the event start date.
- Within 14 days of the event start date, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or materially rescheduled by the organiser.
- If the organiser cancels the event, ticket holders are refunded the ticket price in full.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 14 business days.
3. Fees & taxes
Any per-ticket platform or payment-processing fee disclosed at checkout is non-refundable except where refund is required by law.
Applicable VAT is refunded in proportion to any amount refunded.
4. How to request a refund
