What's on the on-site kiosk badge?

The kiosk badge is intentionally minimal and transparent: name, position, company, and a scannable QR code. Keeping it to four fields makes it easy to read across a room and quick to print.

Do I need design software to set up badges?

No. You configure the badge size, fields, and branding once in Novex. The same template produces both the emailed PDF and the kiosk badge.

Can I print all badges in advance?

Yes. Organizers can export a single multi-page PDF containing a badge for every confirmed and attended registrant, then print the whole batch at once.

Is on-site badge printing available on every plan?

The emailed PDF badge is part of the core registration flow. On-site check-in kiosk printing is available on the Spectrum plan and above.

Do badges support Arabic?
