Sports event management software for races, tournaments, and matchdays

A sports event splits into two audiences a generic tool struggles to hold together: the participants who compete and the spectators who attend. Novex registers both on the same platform with distinct ticket types.

Built for competitors and crowds

Two audiences, one platform

A 10K run can sign up runners in categories (age group, distance, elite vs open) while separately admitting supporters, and a tournament can register competing teams alongside ticketed spectators. When a category or the venue fills, you close it with one toggle; the honeypot and rate limits keep a public sign-up form clean.

What sports events need

Participant and spectator registration

Novex registers both audiences on the same platform with distinct ticket types, so a 10K run can sign up runners in categories (age group, distance, elite vs open) while separately admitting supporters, and a tournament can register competing teams alongside ticketed spectators. When a category or the venue fills, you close it with one toggle.

Check-in and packet pickup

Packet pickup and matchday entry run on the same QR the registration issued. A tablet kiosk scans participants in for bib or wristband collection and scans spectators in at the gate — with a single tap and a live counter — and finds anyone by phone if they arrive without a code. Because the kiosk caches its list and works offline, a start line with no signal keeps moving; check-ins sync when the connection returns.

Sponsors and matchday partners

Add each sponsor with a tier — Main Partner, Main Sponsor, Strategic, Supporting — track them from Contacted to Confirmed, and record package values so the matchday's partner revenue is as organized as the start list. Branding commitments and the invoice for the package sit with the sponsor record.

Live turnout, bilingual throughout

You get live turnout — registrations and check-ins as they happen — and afterward the real number who competed and attended, compared against who signed up, in the same reporting that runs every other event type. On the Flare plan you can quote and invoice a team's entry or a sponsor's package inside the event. The whole thing is bilingual and right-to-left aware.

Sports event software FAQ

Can I register competitors and spectators separately?

Yes — distinct ticket types handle participants (by category) and ticketed spectators on the same event.

Does check-in work at a start line with no signal?

Yes — the kiosk caches its list, scans offline, and syncs check-ins when the connection returns.

Can I run packet pickup on it?

Yes — scan a participant's QR at a kiosk to confirm collection, then scan them again at the gate on the day.

How are matchday sponsors handled?

Add each with a tier and package value, track to Confirmed, and keep branding and invoicing with the sponsor record.
