Speaker Engagement Letter

5. Intellectual property

You retain copyright in your underlying materials. You grant Novex and the host tenant a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to record the session and use stills, clips, and the full recording for promotional and on-demand purposes for 24 months.

6. Conduct and confidentiality

You agree to deliver the session in line with the event's published code of conduct. Confidential information shared during off-stage discussions is covered by a mutual NDA, signed separately.

7. Cancellation

If you must cancel, please notify us in writing at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation under 14 days from the event may require return of paid travel costs unless waived in writing.
