Floor plan

Event floor plan software for booths and booth allocation

Allocating an exhibition hall from a numbered list is how booths end up double-sold and exhibitors end up in the wrong corner. Novex gives you a real map instead.

A hall is a map

Not a list of numbers

You upload the venue's own empty floor plan — a PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB — and then work directly on it: drag an empty area to draw a booth, drag an existing booth to move it, and click to select and edit. The booth coordinates key off the uploaded image's aspect ratio, so the layout on screen matches the actual hall.

Everything a floor plan needs

Upload your real venue layout

Upload the venue's own empty floor plan — a PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB — and then work directly on it: drag an empty area to draw a booth, drag an existing booth to move it, and click to select and edit. The booth coordinates key off the uploaded image's aspect ratio, so the layout on screen matches the actual hall; re-uploading a differently shaped image clears the booths, which keeps the map honest to the venue.

Color by tier

A tier legend colors the booths, so a single glance shows premium spaces versus standard, sold versus open — the view a sales team needs when an exhibitor asks "what's near the entrance?" and the operations team needs when they're checking the hall is fully allocated before the show. Because it's an interactive plan rather than a static PDF, the map is always current.

Tied to exhibitors and billing

Each booth connects to the exhibitor who booked it — the company, their package tier (GOLD, SILVER, or your own), and their status — so the map and the exhibitor list are one system. On the Flare plan and above, the package attached to a booth can be quoted and invoiced compliantly, so the space you allocated on the map is the space you bill for, and that revenue feeds the event's P&L.

One map everyone reads the same way

Sponsors that take premium floor presence are managed alongside with their own tiers. For an exhibition or a large conference with a show floor, event floor plan software turns booth allocation from a spreadsheet-and-PDF juggling act into a single visual map that everyone — sales, operations, and finance — reads the same way.
